A seasoned trial attorney, Kristine brings over 15 years of family law and probate litigation experience to Wilchins Cosentino & Novins LLP. She zealously advocates for clients in matters involving divorce, custody, child support, modifications, removal or relocation of children out of the Commonwealth, paternity and contempt complaints. Kristine frequently represents clients in hotly-contested child custody disputes and works closely with court appointed Guardians ad Litem, parent coordinators and family therapists. Kristine has extensive experience with domestic violence cases and regularly handles restraining orders and harassment protection orders. She also assists clients with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

As a Certified Financial Litigator, Kristine routinely manages cases involving complex financial issues and works with various experts such as forensic accountants and business valuation experts.
