Experienced Trust and Estates Attorney (Full Time)

Private Client Services practice is seeking to add a Trust and Estates attorney. Summary of role includes reviewing and revising client estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws. The attorney will prepare and review state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.

Requirements

Knowledge of estate planning and eagerness to learn and work with attorneys to meet the goals and objectives of our clients.

Admittance into the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Superior client service skills.

This is an in-person role; salary is commensurate with experience.

Compensation includes bonus opportunity.

Experienced Litigation Attorney (Full Time)

Litigation practice seeks to add a Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of practical litigation experience including the ability to take an active role in all phases of litigation.

Admittance into the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is an in-person role; salary is commensurate with experience.

Compensation opportunities include bonus and origination credit.

Legal Assistant (Full Time)

Litigation practice seeks an experienced Legal Assistant

Requirements

Experience assisting attorneys with all stages of the litigation process, including filing of 9A, calendaring civil pretrial motions, discovery, and trial deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include and candidate should have experience with:

  • Superior Court rules and deadlines
  • Drafting and issuing subpoenas
  • Creating and updating litigation files
  • Assisting with all aspects of case management
  • Organizing and electronically filing pleadings
  • Coordinating and scheduling calendar/docketing
  • Data base management of all relevant documents
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

This is an in-person role working Monday through Friday in our Wellesley office.
