Trust & Estates Attorney (Full Time)
Requirements

Drafting basic estate planning documents as well as sophisticated estate planning documents which incorporate income and gift/estate tax planning including IDGTs, SLATs, ILITs, and QPRTs.

Analyzing assets and planning objectives of clients to create estate plans to achieve tax (income and gift/estate) savings, transition family wealth to future generations, address specific family issues and plan for business succession.

Reviewing and revising estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws. Preparing and reviewing state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.

Probating decedent’s estates, including preparation of probate court documentation from initial filings to final accounts.

LLM and/or CPA a plus.

Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Full Time)
Requirements

Must have a paralegal certificate and at least three years’ experience.

Draft Probate Documents, Trust/Estate Accounts, Gift and Estate Tax Returns.

Gather and compile information for the Accounts, Returns and Binders

Manage Insurance premium payments and Crummey Letters.

Experience drafting and forming corporate documents and realty trust documents is a plus.
