When the Court and Clinical Practice CollideOn Friday, November 8, 2013 (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) at Regis College in Weston, MA, Attorney Sheara Novins will be one of several faculty members presenting “When the Court and Clinical Practice Collide”.
Attorney Novins, is a senior partner and head of the Domestic Relations Department with Wilchins, Cosentino & Novins, LLP. She has practiced domestic relations law for over thirty years and is on the board of the MAGAL and a member of its education committee. Attorney Novins has presented at several conferences for professionals working in the family forensic area.
Attorney Novins is a founding member of the Overcoming Barriers Camp for families with parental alienation issues. This program is presented by the Massachusetts Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem. Program sponsors are the Massachusetts Psychological Association, Massachusetts Association of Mental Health Counselors and the Massachusetts Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
