Insurance Coverage Litigation

Wilchins Cosentino & Novins represents businesses and individuals resolve disputes with their insurance carriers, including issues related to coverage and loss valuation.  We counsel insureds about property and casualty coverage, life and disability coverage.  The firm also has experience with insurance agents and public adjusters, and handles claims on behalf of insureds against insurance brokers for failure to properly procure insurance coverage.

Land Use Litigation

Wilchins Cosentino & Novins handles a broad range of land-use disputes in the Commonwealth’s Superior Court and Land Court. We help clients to object to and defend the actions of local boards and commissions regarding proposed land use. We defend special permits and variances, and bring actions against local boards for the failure to issue requested permits. We both prosecute and defend zoning enforcement actions.  Additionally, we have experience in environmental matters.

Complex Personal Injury and Professional Malpractice

Wilchins Cosentino & Novins attorneys have extensive experience handling all aspects of claims for compensation as the result of personal injury. We represent victims of car accidents, construction site accidents or other injuries that are the result of professional negligence. Our lawyers handle many personal injury claims from inception through to a jury verdict. WCN also has extensive experience representing businesses in the defense of personal injury claims.
