An attorney outside of the Boston area did an online search to locate an experienced business law attorney to facilitate the sale of a family business after the owner had passed away.
Action
Founding Partner, Stephen Wilchins, offers decades of experience guiding and counseling family businesses. He was introduced to the widow to offer support, guidance and legal counsel to facilitate the sale of her husband’s business.
Outcome
The following is from an email sent to Attorney Wilchins, thanking him for the support and counsel during what was an extremely difficult time.
“As I was driving to my volunteer job early this morning, you came into my mind and I felt compelled to reach out.
