Attorney ProfileSamuel Duker is an associate attorney at Wilchins, Cosentino & Novins LLP. Samuel’s practice is focused on estate and gift tax planning, wealth preservation, and advising clients through various aspects of trust and estate administration. In addition, Samuel handles general corporate and real estate matters and assists clients with navigating issues in probate.
Samuel is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Taxation with a specialization in Estate Planning at Boston University School of Law. Samuel earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston College Law School where he served as the Treasurer of the Jewish Law Students Association and an editor for the International and Comparative Law Review.
Prior to joining Wilchins, Cosentino & Novins LLP, Samuel was a legal intern for the Harvard Law School Federal Tax Clinic and a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Frederick Brown of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
