Attorney ProfileCaroline Vincent Basque is an Associate in the firm's Domestic Relations Department. Caroline’s practice focuses on all aspects of domestic relations including divorce, alimony, custody, paternity, child support, and contempt and modification proceedings. After graduating from law school, Caroline was honored to serve two terms as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court throughout Massachusetts. During this time, Caroline worked closely with the Justices researching and drafting opinions concerning all aspects of family and probate law, including divorce, alimony, asset division, child custody and support and will contests. Caroline draws on this experience when counseling her clients.
In addition to her research and writing skills, Caroline gained invaluable courtroom experience serving as litigation counsel for the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Unit. In this position, Caroline appeared weekly before the Suffolk Probate and Family Court on contested support and paternity matters, developing an expertise around complex child support issues.
Caroline resides in Wakefield with her husband and two daughters.
