Attorney Caroline Vincent Basque is an Associate in the firm's Family Law Department. Caroline’s practice focuses on all aspects of Family Law, including all phases of divorce litigation, alimony, child custody and visitation, paternity actions, child support, and contempt and modification proceedings.
After graduating from law school, Caroline was honored to serve two terms as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court throughout Massachusetts. During this time, Attorney Vincent Basque worked closely with the Probate and Family Court Justices researching and drafting opinions concerning all aspects of family law and probate law, including divorce, alimony, division of assets, child support and child custody. Caroline draws on this experience when counseling her clients.
In addition to her research and writing skills, Caroline gained invaluable courtroom experience serving as litigation counsel for the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Unit. In this position, Caroline appeared weekly before the Suffolk Probate and Family Court on contested support and paternity matters, developing an expertise around complex child support issues.
Caroline resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.
