William DeVasher’s corporate law practice serves emerging, small and mid-sized  businesses throughout New England. William counsels clients in a broad range of corporate matters including acquiring and divesting businesses, organizing and financing new entities and prosecuting and defending contractual, environmental, employment and other business disputes.  

As an attorney with Wilchins Cosentino & Novins LLP, William offers proactive business advice to help clients build strategic plans for the future success of their businesses. William was a partner at the former firm, Seegel Lipshutz & Wilchins, and was also associated with the New York law firm, Sidley Austin. Before joining Seegel Lipshutz & Wilchins, William served as the general counsel of Barry Wright Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company.
