Attorney Profile

Mark Veglia is an associate attorney at Wilchins Cosentino & Novins LLP. His practice is focused on helping families, individuals and owners of closely-held businesses protect their assets for future generations, and navigate an ever-changing and complex legal system. Mark advises clients on all aspects of estate and trust administration and succession planning. He also implements sophisticated estate planning strategies to help minimize estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

Prior to working at Wilchins Cosentino & Novins LLP, Mark established and maintained his own practice for over two years, where he advised and assisted clients in various areas of law, including estate planning, elder law, business formation, real estate, and non-profit formation.

Mark is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he achieved Pro-Bono Honors for his extensive volunteer work in child welfare law at the Middlesex Juvenile Court in Lowell. He is also a co-founder and Trustee of The Geppetto Fund, a grant-making non-profit established for the purpose of helping families afford the cost of maxillofacial prostheses.
